3 Bedroom apartment upgrade

A residential workspace dedicated to music was converted into three (3) three-bedroom apartment unit. The project scope comprises wall modifications and the replacement of existing laminate flooring with hardwood flooring.

Three separate room divisions were established as part of the renovation, and a new kitchen and bathroom were installed.

Additionally, the lightning fixtures were replaced with recessed pot lights and a smart dimmer control.

The entertainment centre had a much better look and feel thanks to a new fireplace, stone accents, and the television mounted on the wall.
